Two survivors, Raziel and Dae-yeon, in a heavily infested city full of creatures called Scorpioskins, are rescued by a faction known as "The Crimson Syndicate" when they find and use a walkie-talkie formerly owned by a member of the gang.

After that, Bryson, the leader of the syndicate, told Raziel that he would be put in charge of the retrieval group, Squad 904. In exchange, he would let the two survivors use everything, even the rooftop bar, and they wouldn't have to worry about the fact that they "stole" something from a dead member of the syndicate.
