It suddenly happened, as if someone gave humanity something to encourage love and empathy to each other: mankind suddenly developed powers after opening the heart of their fellow man. When someone is truly touched by another's deed, their "Hero" will gain abilities that grant them more power in this sometimes harsh and cold world. But some have taken advantage of this good thing and immediately used their powers to turn on others without any, in response: The Hero Cooperation was created. Now the Earth is filled with both villains and actual heroes; people who dedicated their entire lives to ensuring the powerless doesn't get hurt nor manipulated any further. The incentive to save the world has lead to a future of lies and extreme heroics!
