NPCHUMOR is meant to be a family friendly comic strip. It is a hodgepodge of reoccurring characters, themes, and one-off comics. Some of the characters include Henry (a turtle) and Sleeve (a snail), two buddies taking a little walk around the world. Victor the Villain (a villain) will commit any heinous act no matter how big or small, whether it is stealing the Washington Monument or trying to sell his mother. Local Geographic follows the host and his helper Jeffrey as they introduce the audience to different animals in the world. A Curious Cat that often finds himself in precarious situations. The educational False Facts with Charles Edwards. And the Grim Reaper. The themes include Useless Inventions like the Can't Opener, it doesn't open anything. Flim Flam Films, making up new and exciting films for the public to see. Plenty of monsters, some corn, bad criminals, and the ACS News program.
