I was 14 years old when I discovered the meaning of my own existence.

The last 2 years were hard, the passing from child to not so child was one of the hardest challenges in my life. I lost many things that I took for granted, I learned things that maybe I wasn´t ready to learn. In that moment everything felt impossible and endless.

But despite any complication, I was never alone, I had comics. Comics, books, movies, series and novels. More importantly, I had characters that with time became part of me. I learned, a lot, from a bunch of them.

Life started to change; a light was visible at the end.

I like to think I’m not the only one with a similar experience, in a certain way saved and accompanied by this “fictional” beings, the ones that are always there for you.

Once I managed to understand how much they mattered, how much I needed them, I decided to create my own characters.

That is this book. This is what Neverender means.

Neverender is the shoulder you go to when you feel alone. Neverender is where you get victorious after a day of achievements and victories. Neverender is when you want to dream awake.

Neverender is the story of a young man that rejects the limits of his reality and becomes something bigger, grander, more durable, endless.

Stories have given me a lot; I think it’s time to give something back.

Above anything else, that is Neverender.
