Is life as easy as people believe? No, it's harder than you think. Life can be many, many things, and many of those are what most people don't believe will happen. Well, let me tell you, they CAN happen, happen to me, happen to you, happen to anybody! Well, you're probably wondering, why's this guy talking about life and shit? 

Well, because life may seem to be easy but really its not; nothing is as it seems. Nothing is easy. That's right, to some of you,"Oh life? Well, life is easy!"you might say. But for us? Nah life is just one big obstacle in your path that needs to move, kay? You with me? Yeah so to me, if someone asked if life was easy, I'd be like,"Bro you kidding, right? The answer to that is VERY simple~ Life.is.not.easy." Well, who could of thought that I'd really be asked that. 

I was sitting in a bar, waiting for my friend to show up so we could talk about shit or whatever. Well, as I sit there, this guy, sitting next to me, was ordering something, kay? Anyway he orders something:not too bitter and not too sweet.

 But after he gets what he orders, he turns toward me and asks,"Is life easy?" 

I must have looked shocked because he laughs a bit and says,"I was just wondering 'cause, to me, life is hard, you get me? I mean for some, it's easy! Know what I'm sayin'?"

 I say,"Uh yeah! Totally! I was thinking the same thing actually." 

"Really..? Well ain't that a coincidence!," he replies back. 

"So what brings you here anyway? Trouble? Or dumb shit?,"I ask, wondering how the hell I could be thinking about this and someone asking me this, can some random guy pop up asking that very same question I thought someone would ask me AND have the same opinion about it. 

"Haha both actually," he tells me. 

"Oh yeah? And what's that?," I ask him, taking a drink from my glass in front of me. 

He sighs,"Well, I guess you could say...I was dumped. And well I kinda came down here because I wanted to DO dumb shit instead of actually having some time to think, talk, or any way really, involving dumb shit." 

" Ugh breakups are the worst I tell ya! Why I'm here? My friend just asked if I wanted to go out drinking and well...here I am! Talking to you!," I say taking another drink from my glass that I've been keeping my hands on, on the table, while he was talking to me, and possibly thinking he might steal it so I guess that's why I'm holding it like this.

"Hahahaha and who do I have the pleasure of talking to?," he asks as he looks into my eyes.

" Hahaha~ Well, the person you have the pleasure of talking to, is Murado. Murado Landquez,"I tell him. " And who would I be having the pleasure of talking to?"

"Hahaha Weird name, but I like it. Well my name's Etalon. Etalon Thorn," Etalon tells me with a laugh.

"Nice name," I say, chuckling to myself.

"At least my name's not Murado Landquez. Still, such a weird name...Now I wonder what went through you parents heads' when they named you," he says.

"Idk, I reply."But I do know it means 'walled' so I guess that's something."

"Well, to be fair, mine actually means 'standard' so I'd say my parents either thought I was standard or just liked the sound of it," he says with a laugh.

I laugh with him. He's actually fun company. I didn't think I'd make a friend at a bar or anywhere but..still I did make a friend. At least I think we are or could be friends.

"Hey,"I ask him in a serious tone.

"Yes?," he asks me.

"Would we be, what you call, friends possibly? Or could we be friends?," I ask him, dreading his answer if it's a no.

"We are already friends so no need~ And don't worry, I'll be your friend," He says in a teasing tone.

For some unknown reason, even to me, I blush despite the situation. Ugh here I am blushing and he just got dumped too! Dang, I hope I don't start falling for him or something 'cause that would be bad.

"Well, can I have your number?," he asks me as he takes out his phone.

"Uh sure!~," I say, all carefree but really, not surprisingly, nervous and, weirdly, embarrassed. Come on man! It's not he's confessing to you or something! Yes, you are gay, but that doesn't mean your mind can go into the gutter! You hear me?!?! No means no!!

I take out my own phone as well, handing it to him. He hands me his in return. We put our numbers into each others' phone and hand them to their rightful owners and pockets of their loved ones.

After that, we kind of hit it off I guess you could call it that? For once in my life, I didn't feel as if life was hard; in fact, it felt as if life was being easy for once. Loosening up you could say. I don't really know but after that night, I don't know if I'd ever have a night like that or at all. I guess, nothing is as it seems; nothing is easy. True that; life isn't what it seems but its not easy either.
