"W-What is this?!"

I looked around....there was basically a city in front of my face.

It was like NYC underwater!

Wow...It's like I could choose the settings, of how fast I went!

"Ah...shit!"

I was going to fast...and I ran into a fucking wall!

I guess the good thing about being a mermaid, is that when your in water your basically invincible.

But on the other side.....I made a pretty big dent in the bank wall.....

Weeks turned into months.....And Months turned into years:

I had finally started to fit in with the merpeople.

I had a job....I even have a girlfriend

And not to mention I have a house!

Life was great, but one day an alarm went off. 

Like a city wide alarm.

"Attention all Merpeople we are under attack!! Keep you and your loved ones safe!"

"Is this the purge or some shit?" I asked myself

I went inside, and there she was Merlin. My girlfriend.

"Hey Mer, did you here the city wide announcement?" I asked

"Yea....do you think the people or merpeople that are attacking us mean harm?" She asked

"Well.....I don't really know...actually." I said

She looked at me with shock and worrisome in her eyes.

"Hey...hey its going to be okay."

I swam over to her, wrapped my tail around her, and gave her a big kiss on the cheek.

"I'll never let anyone take you from me."

And that's when someone or somthing had broken into our house.
