Magic is banned in the world. Any magic user will be killed on sight even though its a random and rare occurrence as to who has the ability to use magic.
An underground guild was created by magic users for themselves and others with these powers to stay and be safe. But the reason why magic was created was to take down the government which has always been harsh and overbearing for all the people on the earth. So the magic users of this guild cannot forget the main reason why they are there.
