For those of you who are confused, here's a summary.
Every 25 years, there are 10 fifteen-year-olds who get these cool powers and stuff. The first time that happened, (2000) no one knew what to do, so they did stuff any normal human would do; panic. A mob killed 5 of them. So they fought back. The majority of this took place in Chicago, thus why it was named that. It's the fourth generation now.
