Cultures have placed meaning in numbers for centuries. Seven is lucky, thirteen is the opposite, and sixty-nine will make any immature teenager giggle. But for Noah, the numbers he sees on a daily basis are more than just superstitions. They’re messages from Fate. He’s gotten pretty good at deciphering their meanings. But three specific numbers keep popping up and Noah can’t figure out what Fate is trying to tell him.

In fourth grade, Patrick filled out a worksheet titled “My Life In Numbers.” No one would have guessed, however, that a year later he would actually start seeing the numbers of people’s lives. Everything from their birthdays to how many burritos they’ve eaten in their lifetime. Pat’s ability has been especially useful in a number of ways. But one day the numbers tell him something he never thought they would: his soulmate.
