Currently 25 (400 in real time), there has been no sign of the Secret Police finding his trail, the wanted posters were less than frequent and other than the few who know him and his employer, he was once again free to continue his shenanigans where he left off. His past will be brought up every now and then but he never regretted any of it but one. Orn was nothing compared to the Wastelands-and so long as it wasn't, he had no reason to worry, though he now tries his hardest to push his luck.
This more so feeds into that dark hope that one of his antics would eventually kill him, though it took 300 years trying so far. No matter where he goes, the world left him spiteful, and to return the favor, he could only imagine it in watching Orn burn.
