In a world where fantasy creatures are the norm and magical relics are just something you can pick up at the corner store with your groceries, it’s just another regular day in Cascadonia’s second-largest city, Gnomah. What happens when you put an elf, a dwarf, an owlbear, and an ogre in the same apartment building? We're not sure either, but Over-Encumbered is discovering the answer to this question and many other of life's mysteries.
