Chloe and her little sister Shiloh couldn’t wait to get out of the car. They’d been dreaming of this day for a long time. Their car was currently following a moving truck down a country road.

“Are we there yet?” Chloe asked their mother.

“Not yet Chloe. Be patient, the turn is coming up soon.” Her mother replied.

Soon, the car turned into a long driveway. They drove towards an elegant farmhouse. Along one side of the driveway were trees and what appeared to be the entrance to a set of trails. On the other side were pastures with wooden fences.

“Shiloh, look at the pastures! We can have a couple ponies here!” Chloe exclaimed.

“Yeah!” Shiloh cheered.

“Now girls,” their mother said as she slowed the car to a stop in front of the house. “I was going to surprise you with this news. After we’re settled into our new house we’re going to fix up the barn and pastures and buy a couple ponies. We’ve got lots of room here. I can have my honey bees here. There’s pastures for horses and ponies, a pond, trails, and a nice barn with a riding ring. We have an apple orchard and there is already a garden growing. A chicken coop is set up. I even saw an area for sheep and goats.”

“Mom, this is great!” Chloe said. “I can’t wait!”
