In a world ruled by magic called Ecko, Kamiya finds herself working for a society called S.D.C (Secret Division Corp) who specializes in maintaining peace and superpower regulation. She also suspects that the S.D.C is hiding something related to the Coral Burst a phenomenon that gave the world its magical abilities.
