"Prantos da Alma" (Sorrows of the Soul) is a book that I published in 2018. It is the gathering of poetry that I wrote as a form of self-imposed occupational therapy.
Writing these testimonies helped me to understand, accept and overcome several bad feelings that I had - some I still have - within me. I believe that by showing them all they can inspire other people to express themselves and open up to the world. I want everyone who has passed, or passes, something like this to know that they are not alone, nor are they in any way wrong for having such feelings. And I hope, for those who have never come close to something like this, that these poems help them to understand better, without judging those who really needs help.
Here at Tapas I will be posting only 15 works from an 80-page book.
All illustrations and layout were done by me.
Soon (I hope so) I also intend to launch a crowdfunding campaign in Catarse with several different rewards and gifts. However, if you want, this book can be purchased for free through KindleUnlimited.

Essencialmente, desabafos por momentos de rancor, tristeza, raiva... Uma compilação de sentimentos incompreendidos até mesmo pela própria autora, que na poesia encontrou uma válvula de escape para as sombras que a perseguiram durante sua vida e agora, depois de anos de inércia, voltam a atormentá-la.

Essentially, outbursts for moments of resentment, sadness, anger... A compilation of misunderstood feelings even by the author herself, who in poetry found an outlet for the shadows that pursued her during her life and now, after years of inertia, started again.
