Description
In 2048 Keegan Zilar leaves his office job at Völsunga Industries for another night of therapeutic drinking before returning to his dead-end job the next day. But his plans change after hes attacked by a V.A.M.P: a human who has been infected by a rouge strain of nanobots that reproduce with iron in blood and infects new hosts to help spread itself. As Keegan is bitten, a logo of a wolf appears in his vision and he blacks out. He awakens in his apartment the next morning thinking it was a bad dream. But, the morning news shows otherwise. The Vamp that attacked him was shown on the T.V. completely torn apart. An unfamiliar voice suddenly enters his mind. "Host Stress levels are high; countermeasure suggested." "What the hell was that?" Keegan asked thinking he was going crazy. The monotone voice returns. "We are Protocol: Lycan"
