IMPORTANT: READING FROM RIGHT TO LEFT(like manga.)

It is a new age for humankind, or at least for Bizo, a city which is in the middle of it all.

It was the city in which normal people started manifesting special powers. Due to the unknown source of the phenomenon and the danger that superpowered individuals could cause for other members of society, this city was isolated from the rest of the world and became the first and the biggest experiment city in human history.
Although the city was quarantined, most people didn't even notice that because, besides the giant 40 meter wall that rose on the borders of the city and guards that were constantly patroling it, there were no other restraints. Little did they know that the entire city with it's 0,7 milion inhabitants were on tight surveillance 24/7 and NOBODY could leave this city.

Only few months had gone by since the "pink gas" incident. Scientists speculate that It was the source of the phenomenon. Apparently it slightly changed the genetical information of all living beings(counting even plants and who knows what else) living in this city, and although not all of them developed special traits, they all had the potential to do so. (with some rare exeptions)

In these few months Bizo was in complete
disarray, unfortunately first ones to recover from the confusion were the ones who used this oppurtunity to rule the city from the shadows.
"The royal club of villainry" was the first official criminal organization in this city and it continued to tear the city down from inside out.

But then... a totally ordinary person went trough strange sequence of events, meeting a radioactive potato in the process.

These two, at first glance unimportant, figures completely turned the tables and played a big role not only in protecting the city from the influence of the villains, but also introducing the wide world beyond...
