Description
Violet thought she had everything: she had planned marriage with her long-term boyfriend Oliver, fantasized about holidays and trips around the world, and written down countless ideas for names of future children.
However, when Oliver ends their relationship with the impossible sentence "you don't really love me," her her world shatters.
Heartbroken and alone in a new city, Violet becomes consumed by a self-identity crisis and the concern that maybe Oliver's accusation is more correct than she had initially thought.
As she struggles to rebuild herself, writing becomes her escape... until a chance visit to the enchanting Elderflower Café changes everything. One unexpected encounter with a blue-haired barista leaves Violet feeling emotions she's never experienced before—feelings that force her to question everything she thought she knew about love, attraction, and herself.
A heartfelt coming-of-age novel about first love, first heartbreak, and discovering that sometimes losing the future you planned is the only way to find the one you were meant to live.
