Born on the second planet in the Mizar System, Reggie is an outcast amoung the Feldian people. His fascination with Earth and all of its idiosyncrasies lead him to develop the first Feldian hair growth formula. His father is applaed and Reggie is exiled to Earth. Upon landing he soon discovers the swiftness to which Earthlings can turn to violence. Fortunately for him, he forms a strong bond of friendship with a man named Zeke.
