In the world of high-velocity combat,motion is a liability and friction is a death sentence.

Reizen "Rei" Koga is rumored to be one of the most deadliest delinquent in his school,giving the place as "Rank 2" in a social hierarchy of his school developed by delinquents to run the school social life.Reizen,despite being Rank 2,seeking to escape a life of violence.One day,the world turn against him,in a moment,he had his supportive parents,the next thing,gone in an car accident.

Reizen was also expelled from his school.With no purpose in his life,he thinks his life is crumbling in front of him but,a man with a son who is Reizen's classmate seemed to want to adopt him as to respect his late father's wishes,to give Reizen a brighter future.

Reizen and his adoptive brother,Kenji Sato were sent to a city named "Inuyama",a historical city in Japan,with a promise by the man to help Kenji Sato,his son to learn how to fight and confident.

With this new life,he and his adoptive brother meet different people,find different joy and possibly changing Reizen's life to a better future.

Will Reizen meet his father's wishes or will he have to become the violent person he was born to be?
