Elijah Twain. He is alive but now part ghost, holding the necklace C.G Beaverton gave him after telling him what happened to the Lorelei.

He was so shocked that South scared the living hell out of Elijah so badly that his soul was left out of his body. But something missed out: What if Pearl notices that he died but is also a ghost? He wants to see Pearl again so that she will not be shocked about his death.

After the death of the real Elijah Twain and the rest of the people from the fight with South and Lafayette, all the people from the bay where the ship was killed off, moan their loved ones' lives were blown up in pieces. Elijah does not care and moves on but is scared that his friends including Lafayette come over a ghost just like them. He runs away from the crowd of people and rethinks a new idea for his new life.

But then a girl with a book with CG Beaverton's name on it shouted, "CAPTAIN TWAIN IS ALIVE!"

The crowd is shocked and questions the cowardly captain. Elijah needs a plan and the thought of a lightbulb comes to his mind: telling them that he survived.

"Everyone. I have to shrive the ship. I am okay!" The shivering ghost persona shakes his body, scaring the crowd that a ghost is at the Hudson River. Elijah becomes too scared of himself and the crowd that promises him to be respectful during the stressful moments on the Lorelei.

"I must move one. I am deciding that I am still a captain, but this time, in a different location so I will not scare the people that populate the land of fish and seagulls. Farewell." Elijah breaks his heart, nobody believes in this miserable moment of a ghost called Elijah Twain. Holding the necklace that was kept as a promise, Elijah walks away. The crowd hesitates the sorry-of-an-excuse Captain Twain, the questioning but concerning noises hurt Elijah's feelings but his legs continue to walk more. Far away, far away, far away.

He is now at a bar, filing himself with tons of bourbon and drunk for one second, looking at the bartender serving rum to his guest while the music plays with the tough sound of piano banging and the violin ripping its wire so hard. Elijah misses the time he was drunk for the happiness with his friends but right now, nobody wants to see him again after he is now a part ghost. A door open to a man from an alternative universe seeing the man by the name of Elijah Twain and asking to join on an adventure that will take him to a whole new level. The conferment of the headless man, holding his head with his hands got people screaming at the top of his lungs.

Elijah turned around and saw the man with no head. He was shocked like he is about to shit his pants and was about to pass out. Elijah got up out of his booth, he needed to think of a plan to run but the headless man cheered on him saying that he was a sailor who wanted to go on an adventure of a lifetime.

"Come warrior. I know South still loves you," with a serious but cheerful tone mixed with the man who made Elijah turn down already with range and blood boiling.

"My name is The News of the World. I am here to take you on a quest to find South," TNoTW laughed.

Anger from the new man, Elijah roared, "NO! I am done. I am now a ghost because of her!"

"Take this conversation outside, my boi. This is some serious shit we are going to deal with," TNoTW dash to Elijah, holds his right hand, rushes as he is dragging him out of the bar, and heads to the river where the stag is the water, calling for help before TNoTW pushes off the deer out of the water from drowning. TNoTW then calls his ship to set sail as soon as possible.

"You are no longer staying at that place. I know you are the world in the family and you only come here to make your father proud, not yourself. Think, young warrior. What will you want to do before you die?" The confidence of TNoTW hurts Elijah so bad he is about to cry.

At the time his dad did not want him to be a map designer and travel the world, but only in some parts of the United States. He wishes to be around the world like Japan or Italy, despite the rules out there where foreigners are not allowed due to their rules on racism and discrimination. Elijah must be and will be happy if he joins.
