In the few countries that are not directly involved, there's an island bordering the Netherlands' coast known as Lanydia renowned for accomodating thousands of refugees. In order to maintain peace in these circumstances, a mysterious organisation called "Schachmatt Circus" funded by the queen is in charge of watching over criminality, not always for the common joy of all.
