Description
Set against the vibrant yet unforgiving backdrop of Buenos Aires in 2004, Shadows of Buenos Aires follows the resilient journey of Anahí, a young woman with a haunting past and an unyielding desire to build a better future for herself and her daughter.
Abandoned by her father and left under the dubious care of a manipulative relative, Anahí has spent years trapped in a dark and oppressive world. But her determination to break free and reclaim her life pushes her toward a brighter path.
A glimmer of hope appears when Anahí secures a job as a nanny for four siblings under the care of Heinrich, the eldest brother. Heinrich bears the heavy responsibility of raising his siblings while balancing a crumbling relationship with his girlfriend, Dorina, and the intrusive demands of her overbearing mother.
As Anahí strives to offer her daughter a life far removed from the shadows of her past, her growing bond with Heinrich becomes both a source of comfort and inner conflict.
Meanwhile, the siblings’ personal stories intertwine with Anahí’s, each fighting their own battles, from hiding their true selves to chasing dreams that threaten to consume them.
