The toast is suppose to be a "toad in the hole" http://allrecipes.com/recipe/16635/toad-in-a-hole/
It's made by cutting a hole in the middle of the bread and frying the egg in the hole, therefore it sticks to the bread. It's delicious! Try it out sometime. :D
