Sometimes we are just forced to smile whether we like it or not. I do that and it mostly works but don't force yourself if you cant take it. Sometimes you just have to let it go~~~~ lol. Jokes aside though If you cant handle anything its good to let it out (or a nice heart to heart always works) and that allows healing which is a good thing. But then again sometimes smiles are dangerous so it really depends.....hmn...its too complicated I might break my brain. ._.
