Where am I?
-I'm telling you, they are around here.
Clover exclaimed in an anxious voice as she pulled Blaze's arm towards the edge of the Murtec Bridge. The same haunted grey aura around everything except the young couple.
Their breaths emanated a yellow wave of color which filled the place with, sarcastically, life.
Am I... Alive?
-There! I'm sure I saw something!
Pointed out Blaze.
As a strike of lightning, Clover rushed to the railing and stood over it with her arms open.
-Don't dare catch me.
She winked at the boy and let herself fall.
Her arms quickly grew beautiful green feathers in mid air. Her body shrunk, making her look like a little canary, and in a spin, she became a beautiful green bird with smoky yellow feathers.
But... I did it so it could end!
When Clover reached the floor and looked at the floating violet powder, she was convinced.
-This can't be happening!
She quickly turned her head around and made eye contact with the source of colour.
-Hello? You are a Soul, right?
Clover raised an eyebrow as she speaked and slid her green lock of hair back, behind her ear.
The purple figure backed a few steps
-Soul?
She said with an unsteady voice
-I-I'm just Liliac. Or...I was...
She seemed confused, out of place and scared.
The only sourse of color arround them was, well, themselves. Everything else wouldnt change from the range of grey. Souls that have seen the world this way have adjusted to it, but they can still remember how afraid they were when they felt corrupted and alone like that moment "Liliac" was experimenting. Clover knew exactly what to do, just like that time when Blaze conforted her.
She offered a hand.
Liliac laughed as tears rolled down her face and she got up with help of the other young Soul.
With a comprehensive grin, Clover sighted.
-You are Lavender now. I was Avundense, but I-...We are Souls now. Come, I know someone else I'm sure you will want to meet.
-No, you dont get it. I-I shouldnt be here.
She backed a bit and hid her hands behing her back
-But I bet I can if we give it some time.
Without looking back, Clover started walking, expecting for Lavender to come with her.
