I love Stella's little story before meeting Wallter, she got very lucky with catching one of those shooting stars the book talked about, also the way she treats Betty, is so cute, but also a little sad, she treated her like a kid... poor Stella, but she got blessed twice with Wallter and Cotton. The way you treated Wallter starting point in the story is also very good, this chapter reflects little of his personality and "skipping" his childhood for now makes the future flashbacks more impactful and makes them feel like we are solving a puzzle with each of the characters. Since i read the other chapters this one feels specially bittersweet, i adore how you managed to tell such a branched story full of characters that connect in especial ways while keeping an adorable artsyle that doesn't necessarily reflect the interior world of them, but it does be like that, one can't change the physical reality but on the inside we are all abstract concepts that no one could fully understand but ourselves. I'm sorry for taking so much time to comment, but keep up the excellent work!
