It's the world we know and love but at the same time its not. Once a comet flew by the earth close enough to be seen by the naked eye. People gathered outside to watch this phenomena. Some of them fell into a coma for two weeks and upon waking up they found themselves wielding powers we normally only know from comic books.
To avert a mass panic and absolute mayhem scientists gathered together and tried to study those people. How could it happen that normal people suddenly had superpowers? How could they be used without causing destruction? Is it possible to continue our normal life as we know it? Will super heroes now be a reality?
