“Happiest of all the days I long served.” Michael told while swimming together in the streets.
“How so?” Joseph directed as he strolled under moon and stars.
“The most of such is of Lawson being crowned ruler of pursuers.” He told the other.
“Else?”
“Sure of it. Further, my sibling will be allowed the right to be called old.”
“Nothing of the biggest.” Joseph wrote aloud, he smelled the mist.
“All carry his or her or their opinions. One might break and them all could choose if you smiled or cried.”
“Or died?” Only called from the shadows of wood. They two turned back to the dark body who stood in unlight. The only solid they could read was the red that stained the suit. However it did not resemble blood, but more of the color.
“Who might you play?” Michael asked.
“Edgar.” He who shadowed his self became not.
“Oh god…” Joseph chilled his voice.
Edgar, he was so called, had the darkest hair in the streets. If you never looked through his hair you’d mistake it as splattered for charcoal. His skin was as pale as the most palest one you’ve ever seen, but his eyes. His eyes stood against the rest. They were as red as his coat. They knew what that meant. Everyone knew what that meant.
“A Vampire. One of the damned.” Michael exclaimed in a fretful manner.
“And right you are, sir.” Edgar agreed, “Though I must disagree about being damned. I am dead on earth!”
“Quite…” Michael alarmly complied.
“How do you do on this night of full?” The Vampire chatted.
“We are on our way to our ladies. How about?” Joseph replied.
“Hush. Spill no more.” Michael whispered.
“To be on the right, I excuse myself for an evening stroll.” Edgar chuckled, “Yet, you must know how I be.”
“To be and always expected.” Michael tried to settle, but the opposite.
“Many thanks to know my business.” He smiled larger.
Joseph could not take it any more. He fell to the ground and opened his arms, “BITE ME! Just do it!”
“Joseph! Control oneself! His harm has not acted!” Michael put his hand onto Joseph’s shoulder.
“Oh, fair man, do not hide and suffer. I not attack you. You have peers and love, I can not take of that!” Edgar came to Joseph.
“So you not be?” Joseph held back from sobbing of fright.
“I do be, but not to you.” Edgar took him in.
“God has spared me another light to live upon.” He put his head atop Edgar’s shoulder.
“Not quite.” Edgar bit into his flesh and drank from Joseph. Michael watched in horror as his best friend slowly screamed and died.
