Greetings! My name is Tom Quitoni, and I'm the creator/writer of 'Sublimer'. 'Sublimer' is meant to be a collection of short stories that explore the nature of consciousness and the ease with which it can be tricked or altered.

As a writer primarily, a lot of the work posted here will be rough drafts of (hopefully) upcoming issues. I look forward to becoming a member of the community, and feedback is always welcome.

As a starter, here's a quick intro to the story told in Series #1. Peace!

Derrick Ramis is a man like a billion others. He loves his wife and son, and hates his job. As the hours, days and years of his life slip inevitably away, his outlook becomes more and more caustic; filled with anger at the state of things, or at least his perception of them.

Finding it harder and harder to operate within the confines of the system, his professional career suffers, and with it, his fragile financial situation.

But, unbeknownst to him. he has already been chosen by forces beyond his reasoning for something bigger, more important and more terrifying than he can fathom.
