Ginger Herring, a young woman who knows nothing about hockey, falls in love with a professional hockey player, Shane O'Puck.
How can she get together with him? She lives an oppressive life, with overprotective parents and two jealous older brothers.
Luckily for her, a miracle happens: a literal genie (perhaps) who grants her wish.

Poof. The young woman wakes up in the body of a man: Gregor Boston, a hockey player on a rival team. He's the person Shane loves most in the world, even though Gregor has never loved him back (partly because he hates him and partly because he's heterosexual).
But now things are about to change!
The problem is... Gregor has also swapped bodies, and now he finds himself in that of the young woman! And he's determined to find himself and get his revenge, no matter what the cost.
