Description

Being an alter in a system comes with a lot of struggles, opportunities, and experiences that the average person may not fully grasp. SYSTEM SPEAK allows us to share a glimpse of our system's workings with the world in a healthy manner.

SYSTEM SPEAK may contain themes/visuals that may not be comfortable with all audiences, such as in-depth look at mental illness, trauma, and strong language.

This series does not aim to educate, rather to ease stigma. We can only share our experiences alone as each system is different. SYSTEM SPEAK also does not invalidate or imply anything about other DID/OSDD systems.
