At the crossroads of ancient China's Eastern Han Dynasty, the best archer of the age leads a band of trusted friends to escape the reaches of Ban Chao, the newly appointed Protectorate of the Western Regions in the midst of the Xiongnu Wars.
On the run, they come to realize they are not the only target behind hunted, and decide to help the local monks prevent Ban Chao and the Xiongnu from seizing the power they've fought to protect for ages.
