Jinx.Ghost

Kelsee doesn't have a job, which is why she jumps at the chance to live with her Grandmother over the summer and help her with her grounds-keeping duties.

But people in this town are weird. There’s a hermit living in an old house, a creepy guy in a trench coat, and a strange garden.

Something is off, and somehow everyone is connected. And it all leads back to the garden. Will Kelsee survive being a groundskeeper?
