Kyle Concord just wanted to enjoy his last summer of freedom before adulthood, whether that meant binge watching new and old anime or playing casual airsoft with his friends. Having just graduated high school, Kyle knows he’s got several more years of college and a lifetime of work ahead of him, and he’s not too thrilled about it.

But while attending an anime convention with his friends, a simple fall suddenly results in Kyle opening his eyes to a completely new world! Lost, alone, and broke as ever, Kyle has to find the answer to who summoned him and why, assuming he can survive his first day...
