Years after a deadly virus wiped out most of the planet's population, the world is slowly pulling itself back together. Nature has overtaken the remains of human society and the people who live there walk the line between the past and the present.

Isaiah is tasked with the recovery and preservation of artifacts from the old world, to obtain a better sense of what the earth used to be. But on one of his excavations, he discovers a mystery that could change the world as he knows it. And it starts with the appearance of a mysterious tower.
