Hello! I'm very new to comics, as I'm sure you can tell.

Navyssa is the second character to ever change outfit in any of my comics, so Jim isn't entirely wrong to be confused here.

If you feel like sticking around for a bit, here's the exciting backstory to this series:

I used to like drawing comics at school, but never had the discipline or dedication to do anything much beyond stick figures... or trying to just copy what was drawn in "How to Draw Manga" books.

Jump forward sixteen or so years to 2021, and a bunch of friends decided to do Inktober (daily word prompt for something to draw in October). For a joke, I joined in with my scrappy doodles done in Paint with a mouse, doing a silly comic that continued day by day with each new word.

By the end of the month, my effort levels had increased dramatically, as had my obsession with it. I then continued to do new stories/seasons from 2022-2024, and found it continuing to itch in the back of my mind by the time January 2025 hit. Then I decided - why not just do another comic on a weekly or so basis, just for fun?

I'm so used to using a mouse and Paint now that I am (for the foreseeable future) continuing to use those to create my comics. Call it my "unique" style. (cough)

So what you'll find here is the latest tale in the continuing adventures of my Inktober characters, though I promise you're not missing a huge amount of story if you do pick it up here. (If you are interested, the old "seasons" are on my DeviantArt account, under LiriaVastaris)
