(BL, LGBT+, first person)~
Leo, a 16 year old straight boy, living with his family and wretched step-dad at a lake house down a hill. Leo always thought it was peaceful and quite, it was nice, but overtime it became repetitive. Leo was just hoping something exciting would happen just once, maybe a fish jumps out of the water or some type of animal hijacks their equipment. (Okay maybe not the last one..) Skim reading the same book over and over; watching out his attic bedroom window waiting like that's gonna work- To his surprise, something actually does appear out of the corner of his eye. A set of trucks starts driving down the hill to the other old lake house across. Boxes being unloaded and unpacked. No way, people were moving in?

The Grahms wanted the lake all to themselves or at least some did..*cough cough step dad*. But surely no one would buy the lake house across right? It was old and falling apart, no one would want it of course. Only people who were lost came down the hill. But the family was suddenly set back when a small family of 4 move in across. Including the hottie Jace Anderson who catches Leo's eye. But..not in gay way of course...haha.
Jace had came down with his parents and grandma, which he isn't too happy about. His family had decided it was a great idea to the start the summer off by moving to somewhere far away from their urban lives but Jace is reluctant to this new way of life. Strange and even stranger events occur during this brand new year that has no intention but to mess with their lives.
In a good or bad way.. You decide.
