First things first, I am Sir Metris,
Meeting you, indeed, is a pleasure
What you are about to experience
May change your life forever
For you will see all sorts of rhymes
In all variations of measure.
It may be a song the creator thought
Or a piece he had composed one night
May tell a tale of romance
Or an epic adventure of a knight
You may choose from any of the poems
First, second, fiftieth, or whatever
Ad astra per aspera, and
