Wilkolaks came before werewolves. A curse set upon them by the High Priestess, spread through the generations of that bloodline. The first were violent creatures, creating the werewolves of today in one of their bloodlust rages brought on by the moon. In order to redeem themselves and break the curse, they sought the guardian of the Dias. The only way to pay the debt was to help those weaker than themselves. The found guardian tasked the wilkolaks with guarding the last created prophecy to help pay off their debt.

Several hundred years have passed, and very few wilkolaks remain. They are now whispered legends, something to bring hope to those oppressed. The people have also lost the remaining prophecies in the land to time and expanding technology. Tom's family is the last family that they're aware of. Sticking to their morals of helping those who are in need. That is where the first story begins.
