The Many Tales of Duchowiesen is a slice-of-life anthology series; a collection of short stories depicting the everydays of many different people in the continent-spanning Duchowiesen Federation, AKA The Union. It tells of an urbanized fantasy world, driven by social equality, liberty, and prosperity - where the latest technology mingles with spirits and magic, armored trains forge connections between bustling cities, dragons are hired to do maintenance work on radio transmitters, and a typical fantasy tavern comes with a cathode ray tube television and a refrigerator stocked with different kinds of ale. Pick an episode - any episode - and you're sure to find an interesting scene, a snapshot from a world that blends together fantasy, dieselpunk, occult mystery, pop-surrealism, eco-modernism, and many other different genres to great effect.
