Hey everyone, Kirin here! I know I haven't updated Tapas for a long time and didn't clarify the situation. If you didn't follow me on other social platforms, The Odd 7 is a fresh reboot of my previous comic series, ODD.
With the previous comic, ODD, I couldn't continue it because I made the mistake of jumping into publishing my story without properly building the story's structure and having an ending. The whole idea was to just go for it and see how it goes. It didn't end well, for me at least. I ended up getting stuck and not knowing how to progress.
So, I decided to take a break from everything for the whole year just to focus on polishing and rebuilding the story in a way I see fit. With that, I gathered a small group of friends to assist me with this. It was a really slow start, but the structure of the story is now clear and manageable. Thus, The Odd 7 is born!
In this reboot it will still feature the same boys you know; Waqi, Hakim and Rauf, but now slightly older. The comic will also be fully coloured, an improvement from the black-and-white pages of the previous ODD comic.
However, I will still keep the old comic up, like an archive! If you're the old readers, thank you for your patience and welcome back! For the newcomers, I hope you enjoy this read. Thank you for your support, happy reading! :)
