The Chenzhao Shogun Narrow, would be leading a small underground army over to Japah. He would have plans to steal a rare soulstone that possessed incredible power that the Salko temple housed. Rumors have been told that the clan protected and worshipped the stone as if it were a Deity. Narrow knew it would be a very difficult task to do even if he had skilled men under his control. The Salko clan were well known throughout Japah for their skilled and brave fighters. They were always called on by the Emperor of Japah whenever in need. The only hopes he'd have would be to kidnap the youngest maiden priestess and sister of the leader of the Salko Clan. Having her he could use her as collateral to get his hands on the stone. Days passed as he drew out his plans while getting his men ready for the long journey that awaited them. It would take them nearly a week to travel out of Chenzhao to Japah, and another three days to get to Chunsu where the Salko Temple stood. Taking up camp in a nearby region called Brahma, they'd hideout in an abandoned hut. That night they'd go over their plans once more before taking action. Rogue and Sōgen, who were Narrow's top men, would be assigned to kidnap the girl when a national ceremony would take place. The ceremony was set for the next day to announce the young maiden as the new high priestess of the Chunsu. With such an event being held at the temple it will be filled with people from all over Japah, which would make for the perfect camouflage of escaping with her. Though yes the Salko clan are skilled warriors they are not ninjas. They aren't swift or deceiving when it comes to getting in and out of tight spots without being noticed. The next day when the sun was at its fullest peak,Sōgen and Rogue would be on their way to the Chunsu region to start their mission. They'd disguise themselves and act like normal Chunsu citizens. It was shocking to see the city all decorated for such an event. Red and white paper lanterns hung on lines connected from building to building along with short paper streamers. Shops were out in the street selling all sorts of useless items most people would find fascinating, along with all types of delicious foods and drinks. People from the city and around Japah would also fill the streets making it crowded and hot to walk in as they enjoyed themselves on such an extraordinary day. Both men heading inside the temple grounds would scope out the main area of where many of the Miko priestesses performed the kagura dance.  Later in the evening the ritual blessing ceremony would take place. Lasting a good hour, Reka would recite verses from ancient script tablets, kneel while praying, and take part in a kagura dance which was all a part of the ritual of blessing while the elders of the clan watched. Not long after they'd officially announce her as the high maiden of the Chunsu region.
