Description
(ILLUSTRATED) Mage King Amari was a tyrant, a mass murderer, devil, and thief. He once ruled Arcadia with an iron fist and poisoned the lands with his madness. But that had been seven years ago before the rebels drove him off his throne. The country had since undergone reform, a new dawn rose with evil conquered.
But Amari’s corpse was never recovered. Inquisitor Leonel didn’t believe for a second that the Evil Mage King had been properly killed. Setting out on a journey spanning years, he tired none from his search, vowing to vanquish his nemesis once and for all.
In the quiet town of Gotsven, a lowly old doctor went about his own. Lame, half-blind, and half-deaf, he was no harm to others, and certainly not to a strong inquisitor like Leonel. Yet this old man beheld an undying spirit; fire in his eyes and ardor in his blood. Leonel found himself begrudgingly charmed.
A fated meeting unfolded between former enemies.

“What makes you say that, son? I’m just a poor old man minding his own boring business. Say, can’t you untie me? Surely, this can’t be how you treat your savior, hm?”
