“Tell me—Why do you have it?!”
His grip on Asha’s neck turned harder.
“Ugh! Let go of me, you bastard!”
“Answer me!” he bellowed and strangled her even harder.
“Who are you?!”
But suddenly, his own hands wouldn’t cooperate with him. A great wave of unfathomable emotion stirred his heart.
“W-Why?” he asked once again, his voice now shaking. “Why can’t I kill you?"
