*Lera - A curious and courageous 12-year-old girl. The protagonist of the story. She loves her little brother but does not get along with her elder sister. She's skinny, a little above average height for her age and has shoulder-level straight brown hair and brown eyes.

*Leo - Lera's younger brother. 6 year old and a coward. He loves his older sister Lera but is scared of his eldest sister Cleopatra. Tiny, chubby and cute with curly brown hair and sparkling brown eyes.

*Cleopatra - The out-of-league sibling but also the dominant one. Loves to bully Leo and Lera. Cleopatra is the oldest sibling and thinks that gives her the right to bully her siblings. Has the body of a model and long, wavy blonde hair and green eyes. Obsessed with beauty and Leo is her primary target for bullying. She is called 'Cleo' for short.

*Amelia and Brooke - Parents of Cleo, Leo and Lera. Busy almost all the time. Works in the same company and has the same job, salesperson. Their job is the reason they met, fell in love and got married.
