The Wolf's Return

Page One: The Wolf's Beginning

Page One: The Wolf's Beginning

May 23, 2017

We start with a boy abandoned by his mother and father in the forest. He was left in a cabin by himself, and although this may seem bad, he discovers he has a home, books, and a bed. When he wakes up he can not remember a thing, and as he looks around he notices something on the end table that is next to his bed.

It's a note. Unfortunately he can't completely read just yet. So he glances at it and then throws it in the drawer in the end table. When he does that, he hears something coming from outside of his cabin. Going to the window, he sees a forest with tall trees bigger then him by far. As he looks at them he opens the door, goes over to one of them, and touches it. He does it gently, and when he does, he hears another sound.

He runs over to the gentle sound, and discovers a lake not far from the cabin. He looks into the lake and sees that it is crystal as clear, and around the lake he sees a deer with massive antlers look at him. The majestic creature then turns around to slowly walk away from the boy. The boy runs around the lake to look at the beautiful waterfall coming from the hill.

He looks at it and then goes under it to start cleaning himself, he smelled himself and he seemed to not to enjoy his smell one bit, so he thought it would be nice to have a feel of cold water on his back.

After he is done with that he walks back to the cabin to look around some more and then he notices the books in the 3rd room of the house, (there are 4 rooms in this house) it is a library and since he is drying from the cold wash he thought he might as well read, and try to figure out more words to learn. About what to do here and what to say.

When he picks up a book he sees the title saying “Peter Pan – J.M. Barrie,” he reads it for a while, for about 7 hours, he seems to like the plot in general about a boy taking other children to a far off place.

Then he remembers that it is something like what happened to him such as being taken away and he wonders why he is here. All he remembers why he was put here, why he was left the few words he is reminded of.
