I woke up this morning to a loud tapping on my window in the woods, as I slowly stood up to look I saw a bird with a piece of paper tied to its leg, I yawned and walked over, I handed the bird a piece of my bread and took the paper, it read:

Hello Annabeth, it's been a long time since we have worked together, I need you help, I will pay you anything you need, meet me at the tavern in the town tonight if you say yes

I sigh, it has been to long since I had gone on a trip, I think about it went I hunt, I stand up and open my small box to find and small piece of bread and some berries, I grabbed my bow and slid down the rope to the bottom of my tree, I Look up to see the sun rise above the trees, im late, i'll never make it into the village before people are up, i'll have to hope I have enough stuff for another day. I pull my bow off my shoulder and walk into the mist of trees, I was not my best today, a pack of deer got way and I even missed a bird, I found myself at the edge of my old town, I don’t know why I came here.
