Mike Martens just arrived in the big city to start university. He gets placed in the top floor of the oldest dorm on campus, nicknamed "the Attic", along with 40 other students, most of whom are on their own for the first time as well. Not to mention it's a mixed dorm with men and women living side by side. Together, they'll have to figure out how to share a living space without driving each other crazy. Oh, and somehow find time to study too.
