They've been rebuilding what was left for years. Becoming an Improver isn't easy with strict rules and eyes watching closely. Hue is apart of the first high schoolers allowed to study to become Improvers. Hue and the others will have to work hard to overcome the past, learning to trust, and all that comes with growing up in a world threating to fall apart at any time.
