Charlie is a survivor of human experimentation, gene-splicing that has left him with the characteristic of the animal he was fused with. The underground operation responsible are like ghosts, they evade the law and are kept in hiding where no one can find them. None of the experiments ever remember their time there, having their memories wiped before they were thrown into the world once more where they were now treated like slaves and lower than dirt. Something went wrong with Charlie though, it’s not unusual where he’ll have small flashbacks of his time there. He will use this to his advantage and find a way to bring this organization to the ground. Lives are at stake and he’ll do anything to right the wrong of these bad people.
